Our Returns Policy

At Shift by Frankie Jo we hope you love your purchase, if not we offer an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.

Please note , we are a small business and are UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND, unless item is deemed faulty.

Postage costs are not claimable as part of a store credit.

All returns must be unworn , unwashed, and no marks / stains or makeup marks and must be unperfumed . We require all tags and labels be attached . We will not accept any returned items where the care instructions have not been adhered to.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

  • Email orders@shiftbyfrankiejo.com.au Within 3 days of receiving item to request exchange/store credit
  • You will receive a Returns Form via email to fill in and form MUST  be included in parcel with item being returned
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Return postage is at your expense , but we will cover the cost of postage for ONE exchange back to you.
  • Please ensure that you take care to protect item when posting. If concerned , please return goods via traceable mail to ensure their safety , as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. We recommend keeping a record of the tracking number of the parcel in the event that it does not arrive to us. We are unable to process any exchange/credit note until the parcel reaches us.
